About Yoga Daya

Yoga Daya began as a boutique yoga studio in Los Angeles, California in 2011. For seven years it stood as a welcoming space where community, connection, and wellness flourished.


Today, Yoga Daya continues with online yoga sessions by appointment, and embraces the philosophy 'Living Health Daily' through mindful movement and connection. 


The platform specializes in Hatha Yoga with a strong emphasis on alignment-based movement based on the teachings of Geeta and B.K.S. Iyengar. Classes are designed to train the body in optimal biomechanics, promoting ease of movement, enhanced circulation, and a natural boost in energy.


Beyond the physical benefits, Yoga Daya encourages an increased ability to focus, helps carve out intentional time for self-care, and supports a deeper understanding of oneself.
